NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Windsor Township will hold a public hearing on November 6, 2024 at 7:00 P.M., prevailing time, at the Windsor Township Building located at 110 Haas Road, Hamburg, Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the conditional use application of Applicant, Station Pass, LLC, for property situate at 493 North Shore Drive, Lenhartsville, Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
Applicant is requested conditional use to permit a multi-family residential conversion pursuant to Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance Sections 403.4 and 403.4.F, which requires conditional use approval.
The application and related materials submitted by the Applicant may be examined by the public at the Windsor Township Municipal Building during Township business hours or by contacting the Solicitor, Russell E. Farbiarz, Esquire, at 610-562-2000.
