The matter to be considered is the Application of Kauffman Rausch Family Farm Partnership, seeking a determination that it is entitled to a variance by estoppel or alternatively a variance from §601.6- Lots in two districts, all being relief pursuant to the terms of the Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. Specifically, the Applicant seeks to allow the regulations of the I-Limited Industrial Zoning District to apply to all of the property located along Old Route 22, Windsor Township, Berks County and bearing parcel ID No. 94540502560412. The property is located partially in the I-Limited Industrial Zoning District and partially in the R-2 Medium Density Residential Zoning District.
