PLEASE READ - PART TIME EMPLOYMENT FOR TOWNSHIP ROAD MAINTENANCE.

Windsor Township is looking for part-time help for township road maintenance work. Duties would include snow plowing and general road maintenance. CDL license drivers would be greatly helpful but not a MUST. Please provide a short resume detailing any experience in these duties. Wages will be negotiated based on experience.

MOUNTAIN TRAIL SOLAR CONDITION USE HEARING WILL BE ON 30 APRIL 2024 WHICH WILL START AT 6 PM AT THE LARGE INSTRUCTION ROOM IN THE HAMBURG AREA HIGH SCHOOL

The purpose of the public hearing is consider the following conditional use application of Applicant Mountain Trail Solar, LLC, for properties situate at:

 1. 2096 Old Route 22, Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania UPI No. 94540500838622;

2. Bleile Road, Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, UPI No. 94540500424623001;

3. Bleile Road, Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, UPI No. 94540500525900;

 4. Bleile Road, Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, UPI No. 94540500524722; and

5. 786 Sunday Road, Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, UPI No. 94540500642476.

Applicant is requesting conditional use approval to develop a commercial solar energy facility. The conditional use approval is pursuant to the Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance Section 403.4.G, which requires conditional use approval.
