Notice is hereby given that The Windsor Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2026 starting at 6:00 p.m. to be heard by the Zoning Hearing Board in the Township Municipal Building at 110 Haas Road, Hamburg, PA. The Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following Application:

A hearing on the Application of Priscilla Faller (with a mailing address of 352 Haas Road, Hamburg, PA 19526-8430) (the “Applicant”) of the property located 352 Haas Road, Hamburg, Berks County, PA (Parcel ID. 94540400959802), which is seeking relief via variance(s), special exception(s) and/or interpretation(s) from the following zone within the Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance (the “Township Zoning Ordinance”):

Agricultural Preservation Zoning District (A-P) Section 402, et seq contains the permitted principal use, permitted accessory use, use permitted only by special exception, conditional use, and regulations for this District.

The Applicant seeks the following zoning special exception from the provisions of the Township Zoning Ordinance Section 609 for a single-family subdivision. The Applicant seeks to subdivide the 9.850 acre parcel into two lots; Lot 1 4.9939 acre and Lot 2 4.2770 acre, along with dedication of right-of-way along Hass Road and Strausser Road. Additionally, the Applicant seeks a variance from Section 609.5 regarding lot size.

The Parcel identified by the Applicant is 352 Haas Road, Windsor Township, Berks County, PA, 19526, with listed Owner of Priscilla C. Faller, and an identified mailing address of 352 Haas Road, Hamburg, PA 19526-8430; the property is identified as Parcel No. 94540400959802 (Transferred by Deed Book 1875, Page 1273).

The above-referenced property is located in The Township of Windsor, Berks County, PA. Copies of the Application, plans and supporting documents filed with the Application, are available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building during regular business hours. PUBLIC HEARING 11 AUG 2026 - Data Centers

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF WINDSOR TOWNSHIP

The Board of Supervisors of Windsor Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, on August 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., will conduct a public hearing at the Windsor Township Building located at 110 Haas Road, Hamburg, Berks County, Pennsylvania, and at its regular meeting to be held immediately thereafter, will consider the enactment of, the zoning ordinance amendment summarized below. The title and a summary of the provisions of the proposed Ordinance is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WINDSOR, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, TO AMEND THE WINDSOR TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE OF 2009, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING, MODIFYING OR REVISING ARTICLE II-DEFINITIONS, ARTICLE IV-DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND ARTICLE V- COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS TO PROVIDE FOR DATA CENTERS.

The proposed Ordinance amends the Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance of 2009. Specifically, Section 1 adds certain definitions. Sections 2, revises the uses permitted by conditional use in the Limited Industrial (I) zoning district. Section 3 adds, deletes or revises Section 521 relating to Data Centers. Section 4 states that the Windsor Zoning Ordinance shall remain unchanged except as amended, supplemented, or modified by the Ordinance. Section 5 repeals existing inconsistent ordinances. Section 6 states that provisions of the ordinance shall be severable in case of invalidity. Section 7 provides for an effective date.

All interested residents are invited to attend and be heard. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is on file with this newspaper, with the Berks County Law Library, Berks County Courthouse, Reading, Pennsylvania and is available for inspection without charge and for copying at a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the Windsor Township Building during regular office hours.
