PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that The Windsor Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a

public hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2026 starting at 6:00 p.m. to be heard by the Zoning Hearing Board in the Township Municipal Building at 110 Haas Road, Hamburg, PA. The Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following Application:

A hearing on the Application of John F. Buggy, Jr. (with a mailing address of 308 Donne

Road, Hamburg, PA 19526-8109) (the “Applicant”) of the property located 308 Donne Road,

Hamburg, Berks County, PA (Parcel ID. 94449404643800), which is seeking relief via variance(s), special exception(s) and/or interpretation(s) from the following zone within the Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance (the “Township Zoning Ordinance”):

Agricultural Zoning District (A) Section 403, et seq contains the permitted principal use,

permitted accessory use, use permitted only by special exception, conditional use, and

regulations for this District.

The Applicant seeks the following zoning variance from the provisions of the Township

Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a post frame detached residential garage

measuring 24 feet by 28 feet by 15 feet. Additionally, the Applicant seeks a variance from Section 403.7 regarding minimum side yard dimensions.

The Parcel identified by the Applicant is 308 Donne Road, Hamburg, Windsor Township,

Berks County, PA, 19526, with listed Owner of John F. Buggy, Jr., and an identified mailing

address of 308 Donne Road, Hamburg, PA 19526-8109; the property is identified as Parcel No. 94449404643800 (Transferred by Instrument No. 2021032925).

The above-referenced property is located in The Township of Windsor, Berks County, PA.

Copies of the Application, plans and supporting documents filed with the Application, are available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
