1. A hearing on the Application of Meadow Glen Farm, LLC (with a mailing address 
of 574 Moselem Spring Road, Shoemakersville, PA 19555-9455) (the “Applicant”) of the 
property located 332 Balthaser Road, Lenhartsville, Berks County, PA (Parcel ID.
94541400486974), which is seeking relief via variance(s), special exception(s) and/or 
interpretation(s) from the following zone within the Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance 
(the “Township Zoning Ordinance”):

Agricultural Preservation Zoning District (A-P) Section 402, et seq contains the 
permitted principal use, permitted accessory use, use permitted only by special exception, 
conditional use, and regulations for this District.

The Applicant seeks the following zoning variance from the provisions of the 
Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a second single family detached 
residential dwelling with associated driveway on the property without subdivision. 
Additionally, the Applicant seeks a variance from Section 402.2 regarding permitted uses; 
a variance from Section 402.4 regarding uses permitted by conditional use; a variance 
from Section 402.5 regarding uses permitted by special exception; and a variance from 
Section 606.4.B.2 regarding grades of access drives and driveways.

The Parcel identified by the Applicant is 332 Balthaser Road, Lenhartsville, 
Windsor Township, Berks County, PA, 19555, with listed Owner of Meadow Glen Farm, 
LLC, and an identified mailing address of 574 Moselem Spring Road, Shoemakersville, 
PA 19555-9455; the property is identified as Parcel No. 94541400486974 (Transferred by 
Instrument No. 2022004860).
