Notice is hereby given that The Windsor Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2026 starting at 6:00 p.m. to be heard by the Zoning Hearing Board in the Township Municipal Building at 110 Haas Road, Hamburg, PA. The Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following Application:

A hearing on the Application of Priscilla Faller (with a mailing address of 352 Haas Road, Hamburg, PA 19526-8430) (the “Applicant”) of the property located 352 Haas Road, Hamburg, Berks County, PA (Parcel ID. 94540400959802), which is seeking relief via variance(s), special exception(s) and/or interpretation(s) from the following zone within the Windsor Township Zoning Ordinance (the “Township Zoning Ordinance”):

Agricultural Preservation Zoning District (A-P) Section 402, et seq contains the permitted principal use, permitted accessory use, use permitted only by special exception, conditional use, and regulations for this District.

The Applicant seeks the following zoning special exception from the provisions of the Township Zoning Ordinance Section 609 for a single-family subdivision. The Applicant seeks to subdivide the 9.850 acre parcel into two lots; Lot 1 4.9939 acre and Lot 2 4.2770 acre, along with dedication of right-of-way along Hass Road and Strausser Road. Additionally, the Applicant seeks a variance from Section 609.5 regarding lot size.

The Parcel identified by the Applicant is 352 Haas Road, Windsor Township, Berks County, PA, 19526, with listed Owner of Priscilla C. Faller, and an identified mailing address of 352 Haas Road, Hamburg, PA 19526-8430; the property is identified as Parcel No. 94540400959802 (Transferred by Deed Book 1875, Page 1273).

The above-referenced property is located in The Township of Windsor, Berks County, PA. Copies of the Application, plans and supporting documents filed with the Application, are available for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building during regular business hours.
